Legal Help for Those Who Need It Most

At The Faulkner Firm, we believe that every family deserves access to quality legal guidance — regardless of financial means. Our Pro Bono Application Program is designed to extend the reach of our work to families who may not otherwise be able to afford it.

Estate planning and probate are not luxuries reserved for the wealthy. A proper plan protects children, preserves assets, and prevents the kind of family conflict that leaves everyone worse off. We are committed to making this accessible to families who truly need our help.

Our pro bono program focuses primarily on estate planning and probate matters — the areas where lack of planning most often leads to preventable hardship for vulnerable families.
